It's a well made product and it works as it should, but it does have a flaw. Unfortunately that flaw is the piece that supports your neck. It puts a LOT of pressure, "obviously," on your neck. So if you're someone that enjoys prolonged sex with a positioning device such as this, your neck pain is going to be very distracting. If you sew, you could probably sew one of those traveling neck pillows... If you sewed that on, I'm sure it would be an amazing sexual experience with superior support.
